Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a passionate and commercial leader to join our team as a Registered Care Manager. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Cera Care's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our business development teams to acquire new contracts and support packages.
  • Partner with our finance and operations colleagues to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, service users, and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our care services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a regulated care environment.
  • SVQ/NVQ Diploma level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Registered with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., SSSC in Scotland).
  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
