  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the café and conference facilities.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
