Café Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Be responsible for the running of the business as a shift leader.
- Supervise staff performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the team towards success.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.

PAY IS NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
