Café Supervisor

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leading and overseeing
- Preparing and serving coffees and other hot and cold drinks
- Preparing and serving salads and juices
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of our salad and juice menu and effectively communicating this to
guests
- Ensuring all food meets food safety and quality standards
- Maintaining knowledge of critical dietary
information and demonstrating proper food handling
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the front line, seating area, bathrooms and outside seating area
- Setting up, maintaining and breaking down the frontline food preparation area
- Operating the e-POS register to complete customer transactions
- Greeting guests, guiding the customer journey, resolving issues with a smile and ensuring the customer is beyond satisfied with their experience
- Overseeing the rota, training staff, dealing with delivery partners and assisting us with managing stock

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Counter Attendants: 1 year (preferred)
