Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Service Reception staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Reception area, including the management of customer interactions, vehicle health checks, and up-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that business objectives are met and that the Service Department is running efficiently.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.

Requirements:
