Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As an Optometrist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality eye care services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake slit lamp bio microscopy and Volk lens examinations to diagnose and manage eye conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of patient care.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of our Optometry service, ensuring it meets the changing needs of our department.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
