Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative duties related to the delivery of services to clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about current and future developments.

Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
