Our hotel in the English countryside offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere, with 500 acres of beautiful landscape and a range of outdoor activities. As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you'll be part of a team that provides exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and attentive In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our In-Room Dining team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their orders are processed and delivered efficiently, and providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and deliver guest orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with the In-Room Dining team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assume responsibility for the department in the absence of a manager
  • Ensure all orders meet Four Seasons standards and sequence of service
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assume responsibility of the department in absence of a manager
