Senior Accountant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Manager to join our team at Agility Resoucing. As a key member of our Accounts Department, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of Client Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional accounting services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in accounting and portfolio management, with excellent accounting and taxation knowledge. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing guidance and support to your team, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Client Account Managers
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional accounting services to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the Manager of the Accounts Department to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven background in accounting and portfolio management
- Excellent accounting and taxation knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
