Senior Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their financial needs, providing expert advice and guidance on accounting and tax matters.
Job Purpose- Prepare and review financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance, ensuring clients are in line with the latest tax laws and regulations.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, providing training and guidance on accounting and tax procedures.
- Develop and implement financial plans for clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations.
Requirements- ACCA or ACA qualified or part qualified with preferably a minimum of two years' post qualification experience.
- Proven track record of working with clients within practice.
- Working knowledge of accounting software, including Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
- Experience using software for accounts production, such as CCH.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
