Compliance Support Specialist

This well-established Construction and Building Services firm has been operational for two decades, delivering a diverse array of projects ranging from minor works to comprehensive building construction.
Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Support Specialist to become part of the team, working from one of the offices in West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role will be to assist the compliance team in various capacities, including:
- Supporting the completion of Quality Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
- Implementing sustainability and environmental initiatives to align with ISO50001 standards.
- Knowledge of security vetting processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Overseeing supply chain portals and ensuring approvals meet organizational standards.
- Providing administrative support for compliance agendas and managing daily operations of the current management system.
- Assisting in the preparation of various reports.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Driven, organized, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to excel within a growing organization.
- Preferably holds IEMA certification.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Proficient in IT and reporting, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Excel is beneficial.
Additional Information:
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- A valid driving license is advantageous due to potential travel requirements; all travel expenses will be reimbursed.
