As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our products are efficiently processed and readily available for our customers. When assisting on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be key to enhancing the shopping experience. Role Overview:

To excel as a Delivery Team Associate, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:

Swiftly and accurately processing inventory to the highest standards, including scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving items Presenting stock attractively and ensuring it is displayed correctly on the sales floor or stored appropriately Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as required Collaborating effectively with the store team and reporting to Coordinators or Managers
