The charity is in search of a proficient business leader to fill the role of Operations Strategy Lead, assisting the Executive Director in building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders and commercial entities.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, data analysis, and reporting, along with exceptional leadership skills.
A relevant degree in social care, community development, or equivalent qualifications in business or marketing is preferred.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for overseeing the management, leadership, and sustainable development of the internship program in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Your duties will encompass team management, budget oversight in collaboration with senior management, and acting on behalf of the Executive Director with comprehensive operational oversight of all organizational projects.
