Assistant Kitchen Manager

As a vital member of our kitchen brigade, you will be instrumental in:

Upholding our food quality standards and exceeding customer expectations Managing inventory, including ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste Assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and stepping in during their absence Mentoring and nurturing the kitchen staff to help them reach their full potential Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health standards as per company policies
