Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering culinary creations that meet company standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Managing all aspects of food inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocktaking, and minimizing waste
  • Assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and stepping in during their absence
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff to help them reach their full potential
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health regulations as per legal and company policies

Salary:
£29,927-£30,925 for those living out.
