Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative tasks, including managing staff and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
- Respond to patients' symptoms and advise on medicines for sale in pharmacies, ensuring that customers receive the best possible care.
- Deliver company targets, manage staff, and prioritize patient safety.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to deliver high performance and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines, ensuring that the pharmacy has the necessary stock to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and ensure that customers are prescribed the correct medicines, promoting the safe and effective use of medications.
- Company pension provided.

- Four weeks annual leave (as well as Bank Holidays).
- No weekend work.
