Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:

At HRM Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to service users, including assistance with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for service users, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other care providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document service user information, including care plans and progress notes, to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
  • Be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
