Financial Controller Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic organisation in the sustainable food packaging industry. As the backbone of our financial operations, you will ensure the company's financial health is maintained and improved with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts for senior management's decision-making process.
  • Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions of our organisation.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data.
  • Champion regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic financial goals.
  • Lead and develop a talented accounting team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Professional Accounting Qualifications (ACCA, CIMA).
  • 5-7 years of experience in Financial Management and Reporting.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
What We Offer:
  • Part-Time - 2 days per week - £20,000-£25,000 annually for the 2 days per week structure.
  • Conveniently located 11 minutes walk from St Mary Cray train station.
