Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled 360 Excavator Operator and Groundworker to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key member of our groundworks team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including 360 excavators, and assisting groundworkers on various projects in the Christchurch and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 360 excavators and other heavy equipment on construction sites
  • Assist groundworkers with tasks such as excavation, grading, and landscaping
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

Requirements:

  • CPCS or NPORS 360 card above and below 10 tonnes
  • Experience as a groundworker and knowledge of construction practices
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Dumper/Roller tickets
  • NRSWA - street works
  • Abrasive Wheels
  • First Aid
