Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Group HR Systems and Processes Assistant to join our dynamic HR team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Head of HR Systems & Processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Systems & Processes team, executive leadership, regional HR teams, and various stakeholders to manage and improve Group HR Systems and Processes workflows globally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and ways of working to build the HR Systems and Processes toolkit.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in line with the company strategy and changing business needs while meeting legislative guidelines.
  • Be a point of contact for employees and managers on HR Systems and Processes topics, educate them on HR procedures and SOPs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for our HRIS, raise issues with the vendor(s), and see them through.
  • Assist with creating internal HRIS procedures and provide troubleshooting, guidance, and training to HR, employees, and managers on the different areas of the system.
  • Collect, analyze, format, maintain, and import data into our HR system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide general, day-to-day support to the wider HR Systems and Processes team and regional HR teams.

Requirements

  • Hold a University Degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in HR Operations.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to network and speak with all levels of staff, including senior management.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong aptitude for quickly mastering new skills.
  • Skilled in following detailed instructions and adhering to established procedures with precision.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform well in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrates maturity and responsibility, with the capability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Delivers work with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Exhibits professionalism, self-motivation, and excellent time management in all aspects of work.
  • Consistently punctual and reliable, maintaining strong timekeeping habits.
  • Passionate about Human Resources, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in the field.
