Hydro Cleansing is on the lookout for a proactive Financial Operations Assistant to enhance our finance department. As a leading provider of Environmental Services in London and the South East, we pride ourselves on delivering prompt and effective solutions. Our accounts division employs a tailored CRM system, SAGE 50 Payroll, and a Cloud-based Accounting Infrastructure, ensuring we stay up-to-date with the latest software advancements.
Position Title: Financial Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer monthly and weekly payroll processes
- Generate aged debtor reports
- Support in the preparation of balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Perform reconciliations for bank and supplier accounts
- Address supplier and sales ledger inquiries
- Assist with Month-End financial procedures
- Prepare and record Month-End Journals
- Oversee prepayments and accruals management
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Part Qualified AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Previous experience in a comparable position
- Strong proficiency in SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll
