In the role of a Junior Claims Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Commercial Motor Claims while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your exceptional communication abilities will be essential as you serve as the primary contact for clients, managing a portfolio of Pre-Litigated Motor Claims.

Responsibilities:

Level 1 & 2 Claims Specialists:
• Oversee a portfolio of pre-litigated motor claims from initiation to resolution
• Recognize cases suitable for early litigation
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure data integrity

Level 3 & 4 Claims Specialists:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of motor claims
  • Develop precise records in the claims management system
  • Support the training of junior team members
  • Possess extensive technical knowledge in Motor Claims
Qualifications:
• Experience in Personal Injury Claims
• Background in pre-litigation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
