PFI Asset General Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leading role in managing and optimizing healthcare PFI assets. As a PFI Asset General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare PFI projects, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee TFM operations of healthcare PFI projects
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs
  • Conduct monthly reviews, reporting, and auditing of facilities management contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage project finances and contractual aspects of variation delivery
  • Oversee project lifecycle works and SPV management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management and PFI healthcare contracts
