We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage our FCCS System as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Administrator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to transition into a pivotal industry position, where you will have the autonomy and trust to manage the application effectively.

You will serve as a crucial link between various business units and the IT department, playing a key role in the upkeep of multiple applications within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework, particularly FCCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer existing EPM applications, including FCCS, with the potential to expand to additional applications.
  • Ensure efficient data loading and management processes are in place.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Oracle's suite of module functionalities.
  • Conduct reviews and testing of monthly EPM updates and patches.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to pinpoint and implement new functionalities and requirements.
  • Develop and execute user requirements within EPM modules.
  • Establish processes and control frameworks for financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Maintain application stability, uptime, and conduct performance testing.
  • Act as the primary contact for EPM-related inquiries and collaborate with IT for prompt resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial month-end closing, consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management systems such as Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, or BPC.
  • Ability to develop and manage business rules, data forms, task lists, and EPM automation scripts.
  • Strong grasp of change control and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adept at functioning as a liaison between functional business groups and IT.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service.
