Position Overview:

The Automation and Control Systems Engineer will engage in a range of responsibilities, including the configuration and programming of PLCs, motor controllers, and industrial communication systems. This role also involves troubleshooting, offering technical assistance, and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial design, support, or testing.
  • Proficient understanding of electronic applications in the field of Industrial Automation.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with PLCs and programming languages.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication standards such as EtherNet IP and PROFINET.
Role Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will manage technical inquiries, assist with customer applications, troubleshoot issues in products such as motion control systems, and configure PLCs along with industrial communication setups. Additionally, they will develop training materials and may need to travel within Europe.
