We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Arlington Moore Search & Selection Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing products and negotiating prices while fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Engage in occasional international travel to establish and maintain supplier connections.
- Generate purchase specifications based on sales forecasts, historical sales data, current inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Thoroughly review and verify documentation received from suppliers.
Candidate Profile:
While prior experience in purchasing is advantageous, we are open to considering candidates with a background in administration or customer service who possess a solid understanding of operational processes. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
The Procurement Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the purchasing team to maintain an accurate inventory stock profile aligned with the company's sales objectives. A meticulous attention to detail is essential, as the role involves analyzing stock levels, pricing, and forecasting using Excel spreadsheets.
