The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is in search of a dedicated Overnight Operations Supervisor who will play a crucial role in ensuring that nightly audit processes are executed efficiently while maintaining the safety and security of the premises in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front of House Operations during the night shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels across all departments to meet operational needs, including Room Service, Concierge, Kitchen, Switchboard, Security, Shift Engineering, and Bar services.
  • Support Night Auditors and Reception staff in upholding high standards at the Reception Desk.
  • Assist in managing traffic flow within the lobby to minimize disturbances for guests.
  • Ensure that sufficient stocks and supplies are available to effectively carry out nightly procedures.
  • Conduct regular patrols and manage public areas and exterior spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. A strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
