About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are working productively and safely.
- Build effective relationships with clients and employees to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct regular site cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Support in the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning procedures.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and make orders as necessary.
- Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor or similar role.
- Ability to build credible relationships and motivate employees.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
