Are you seeking a temporary hybrid position? Office Angels National Accounts is currently looking for a temporary role for our client.

This position is for a Marketing Coordinator role with a duration of 6 months.



Work Location:
Hybrid work arrangement

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:
£205 per day
Duration of assignment: 6 months

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient typing skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end processes, including collaboration with Procurement and Finance departments.
  • Knowledge in initiating, managing, and processing purchase orders, with the ability to track and report effectively.
  • Capable of working under pressure and making quick decisions.
  • Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to learn multiple internal systems and a basic understanding of accounting processes.
  • Fluent in English with strong spelling and grammar skills.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, or a Secretarial qualification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Zinc, a digital approval and archiving system, is desirable.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous, particularly in a sales and marketing context.
  • Understanding of compliance culture and familiarity with Pharmaceutical Industry regulations is a distinct advantage.

Comprehensive training will be provided for this role.
