We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to promote optimal recovery and functional independence.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive package of care to patients and their carers.
- Participate in evidence-based audit and research projects to enhance clinical practice and contribute to the development of service protocols.
- Contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives.
Our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team is a dynamic and supportive team that provides specialist rehabilitation services to patients with stroke-related conditions. We are committed to delivering high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
Requirements- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in portfolio.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in a busy environment.
- High level of clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent IT skills.
