Job Title: Operations & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Subsea Connect. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations, including workshop scheduling, production meetings, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with workshop scheduling and tracking to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Facilitate weekly production meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.
  • Interface with other business functions to assist with planning and coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with all personnel within the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare job packages and purchase components required to fulfill jobs.
  • Expedite supplier Purchase Orders and conduct vendor reviews to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Support the logistics and workshop departments with operational activities.
  • Support the QHSE function in attaining ISO Certification.
  • Organize ad-hoc meeting administration, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a practical knowledge of planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Previous scheduling experience is desirable.
  • Able to prioritize multiple and varied challenging situations.
  • Excellent organization and time-keeping skills, working to deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Standards, systems, procedures, and process-focused.
  • Willingness to help/assist other team members.
  • Experience with Sage 200 is preferred.
  • A good level of education commensurate with the role.
