Senior Property Claims Solicitor – Competitive Salary
Role Summary
In response to the growth of the Property Damage division, this esteemed law firm is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their ranks.
The ideal applicant will be a qualified solicitor with a background in Property Damage claims, particularly with experience in subsidence being advantageous.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Partner to oversee a portfolio of substantial and intricate cases, which may involve significant commercial and residential property damage and insurance claims across the UK. These could include claims resulting from natural disasters, fires, or other major incidents leading to multi-million-pound claims.
Familiarity with product liability, breach of contract, negligence, and insurance coverage is preferred.
Additionally, the role entails conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients on a regular basis.
