About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Solicitor to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing complex Personal Injury matters for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury law, with a minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience. You will have a proven track record of managing high-value, complex claims and will be able to demonstrate your expertise in this area.

As a Senior Solicitor, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their complex Personal Injury claims. You will be responsible for managing a team of solicitors and will be expected to provide guidance and support to ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a Senior Solicitor who is commercially minded and has a strong understanding of the Personal Injury market. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and will be able to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and will be able to work well under pressure. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
