The Change Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's CRM and digital transformation efforts. As Head of CRM and Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of a loyalty programme that rewards customers and drives retention
