We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Macgregor Black. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: You will own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
- Data Analysis: Using all available data, you will keep the business informed on projected performance, support the Channel Controller to measure actuals vs. plan, and react and adapt accordingly to ensure targets are achieved.
- Strategic Planning: Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insights and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
- Conversion Optimization: Continual UX adjustments and AB testing to drive conversion.
- Sales Operations: Support with forecasting using an internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.
- Supply Chain Management: Delivery of internal management plan.
- Commercial Finance: Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation.
- Accounts Receivable: Support the team to safeguard and coordinate the finance claims processes.
- Amazon Account Management Experience: Essential.
- Consumer Electronics or Housewares Experience: Preferred but not essential.
- High-Level Analytical Skills: Ability to share insights and lessons.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Financial Acumen: Good understanding of P&L management.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
- E-commerce and Digital Marketing Trends: Familiarity with current trends.
