We are on the lookout for Manufacturing Assemblers to become part of our Pre-Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of components and sub-assemblies in accordance with the production schedule.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Interpreting and comprehending basic mechanical schematics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Proficiently utilizing a variety of pneumatic and hand tools
  • Adhering strictly to established processes
  • Ensuring all assemblies meet the required quality standards
  • Using and maintaining company tools in a safe, clean, and functional state
  • Completing necessary company documentation and keeping work areas up to company standards

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Competence in handling power and pneumatic tools is essential, along with a flexible and proactive approach. While experience in a manufacturing environment or production line is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

The starting hourly wage is £11 per hour plus bonuses, with opportunities for increased earnings through a structured grading system. Working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 7 am to 6 pm and Thursday from 7 am to 5:30 pm, with no work on Fridays.
