The Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ individuals and ensuring that important manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. You will oversee the fermentation and distillation process, ensuring that these processes are in-line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical and non-technical staff to drive performance and achieve manufacturing goals
  • Develop and implement manufacturing SOPs to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Rich demonstrable experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Food, Pharmaceuticals, etc.)
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations (SEPA, REACH, etc.)
  • Experience creating and implementing manufacturing SOPs
