Product Manager

At NECSWS, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the development of our software solutions. As a key member of our Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Product Management team to research and develop business cases for new product developments, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Drive the long-term product strategy by developing a deep understanding of customer usage, competitor products, and market trends, and translate that intelligence into product requirements.
  • Develop and manage commercial partner strategies, including integration partners and commercial partners, to enhance product capability and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to support the development of product USPs and messaging that resonates with customers and market influencers.
  • Support the management of internal product launch activities, ensuring that our Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, and Project Management teams understand the proposition, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct research, including competitor activity, market sizing, trends, and policy changes, to inform product development and launch plans.
  • Work with our Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to develop content for Sales and Marketing campaigns, including presentation materials, product demonstration videos, and blog articles.
  • Support the production and approval of Software Release Bulletins, Information Bulletins, and internal briefings.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to our Sales team as needed.
  • Develop content for our Customer Portals and understand the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product marketing and launch management of software products.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience of conducting competitor analysis and market research.
