About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data, AI & Automation Lead to join our team at MRK Associates in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our AI and Automation strategy, leveraging data, AI, and automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and develop our current AI & Automation strategies to ensure we are utilizing the right tools while maintaining security and data protection.
  • Project manage the full life cycle of new automation software from initiation through to implementation and ongoing ownership of the system.
  • Own the AI strategy for the business, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels.
  • Develop and build automations at key touch points, working with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content.
  • Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance, providing monthly reports and insights on automation performance.
  • Implement and understand data management within the platform, staying on top of AI and automation trends and topics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have good experience in data analytics, working with parts of a business to improve effectiveness and productivity. You will also have high-level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools, as well as managing CRM platforms. Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle, is an essential skill for this role.
