About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data, AI & Automation Lead to join our team at MRK Associates in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency across our current processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity
  • Project manage the full life cycle of automation software, from initiation to implementation and ongoing ownership
  • Own the AI strategy for the business, ensuring the use of the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across all channels
  • Develop and build automations at key touch points
  • Work with business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content
  • Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance
  • Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance
  • Implement and understand data management within the platform
  • Stay up-to-date with AI and automation trends and topics
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with good experience in data analytics, process improvement, and automation software. You should have high-level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools, as well as managing CRM platforms. Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots is also essential. Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle, is a must.
