At Courthouse Shoreditch, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel overnight, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the security and well-being of all guests, colleagues, and the hotel overnight.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's guest logbook, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Respond to guest concerns, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences, including arrivals, departures, and requests.
- Organize special guest arrangements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct regular floor and hotel walks to monitor operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform night audit and reporting functions accurately and efficiently.
- Obtain and update guest preferences to enhance their stay.
- Check-in and check-out guests, including rooming on arrival.
- Maximize room occupancy and rates through effective up-selling techniques.
- Be proficient in the Opera system to manage hotel operations efficiently.
