About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Incoming Pack Specialist. In this critical position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our incoming products.

Main Responsibilities:

As an Incoming Pack Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing sampling procedures in accordance with our quality control guidelines and SAP sampling plans.
  • Conducting internal and external sampling, including optical inspections of materials, to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Recording goods movements in SAP, including stock for quality controls, locked stocks, and stock on behalf of third parties.
  • Elaborating on the results of control calendars within the tables and lots of control in SAP.
  • Identifying samples through SAP log-in and delivering them to internal and external laboratories for analysis.
  • Performing qualitative analysis on materials using appropriate instruments.
  • Inspecting internal and external warehouses and logistics services to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A good understanding of laboratory processes and procedures, including sample processing and analysis.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar quality management system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to draft and manage various documents, including SOPs, COSHH, and H&S Risk Assessments.
