We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Production Specialist to join our team at Eurocell, a leading manufacturer of uPVC products. As an Extrusion Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion profile lines, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain extrusion profile lines to produce high-quality products in accordance with specifications.
  • Pack and load finished goods accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product quality by checking visual, dimensional, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure product integrity by verifying that the correct product is made from the correct material, with the correct product marking and labeling.
  • Record production data accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in extrusion operations is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills to accurately record production data and follow instructions.
  • Practical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume production demands.
  • Experience working in a factory environment with long shifts and physical demands.
