Key Responsibilities:- Picking and Packing: Select and package products for dispatch to our branch network and valued customers.
- Warehouse Operations: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing a busy workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Health and Safety: Prioritize health and safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to management.
- Quality Control: Ensure products are accurately picked and packed, and that customers receive their orders first time, every time.
- Physical Demands: Comfortable working in a medium to heavy lifting environment, with full training provided for manual handling and other equipment.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Working at Heights: Willingness to work at heights, with full training provided.
