Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean working environment.
You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure to meet demanding targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing customer orders for a supply chain
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean working environment
- Accepting incoming orders and processing and packing orders
- Counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with others and be thorough and pay attention to details
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Be flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to speak/read a certain level of English
- Must pass a basic English & Numeracy Test
- Must be able to prove your Right to Work in the UK
- Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 15kg
