This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company as a Financial Services Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors, helping them to deliver a quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and chase new business opportunities
- Obtain illustrations, projections, and valuations for clients
- Answer and assist with client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately update and maintain information on the company's back office system
- Prepare documents for suitability reports and client meeting packs
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
- Experience as an Administrator in a financial services environment
- Good knowledge of financial planning processes, products, and how a Financial Advisor operates
- Motivation to join a growing business and contribute to its success
