Key Responsibilities

  • Process and chase new business opportunities
  • Obtain illustrations, projections, and valuations for clients
  • Answer and assist with client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately update and maintain information on the company's back office system
  • Prepare documents for suitability reports and client meeting packs
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator in a financial services environment
  • Good knowledge of financial planning processes, products, and how a Financial Advisor operates
