Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in both temporary and permanent housing to maintain their tenancies.
  • Collaborate with Housing Support Workers to ensure service users are accessing appropriate benefits, managing rent payments, and maintaining their living spaces.
  • Deliver personalized support to help service users secure suitable accommodation and address their immediate needs, fostering a more sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance, effectively managing challenging behaviors and instances of anti-social conduct.
  • Ensure adherence to tenancy agreements and assist in the management of rent arrears.
  • Offer a responsive housing management service, including support with budgeting, debt management, and welfare benefit claims.
  • Experience in supporting individuals in maintaining their tenancies, particularly those who have faced homelessness or substance misuse issues, is essential.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including ex-offenders, young people affected by gang violence, or care leavers, is highly valued.

Successful candidates will need to undergo a DBS check, confirm their eligibility to work, and provide references.
