Job Opportunity: Mental Health Liaison Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to fill a locum position in Devon as a Mental Health Liaison Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health care to patients in a liaison setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Valid NMC Registration.
Contract Details:
  • Location: Exeter.
  • Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
  • Pay Rate: £26 - £42 per hour (assignment rate).
