Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to fill a locum position in Devon as a Mental Health Liaison Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality mental health care to patients in a liaison setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Location: Exeter.
- Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
- Pay Rate: £26 - £42 per hour (assignment rate).
