Job Summary

The Navigation SME is a key member of our team, responsible for gathering technical data to support the development of courseware and media. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical data required, the sources of that data, and how to access it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Courseware and Media Teams to identify technical data requirements for the development of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) courseware and media.
  • Work with the customer and their agents and suppliers to identify technical data required for courseware and media development.
  • Conduct the upkeep, update, and revalidation of course technical data.
  • Identify where training methods and media currently in use in the customer's organisation may be exploited to better develop and deliver the Programme's courseware.

  • Strong knowledge of technical data and its sources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
