About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fostering Team Manager to join our team in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Fostering Social Workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize team performance.

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience in Fostering Social Work management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
